ARTIST NOTES: Fresh and re-energising, a visit to the goldfields region always inspires me to produce paintings with an exciting colour palette. Rich gold saturated warms to draw in the viewer, contrast with moody, shadowy complimentaries to invite the eye to explore further and discover those fascinating little treasures that so often are hidden around these forgotten gorgeous rural buildings.
