Judy Matear has been an art collector for many years. Embodied for 40 years taking up painting herself 6 years ago.
Since then she has been involved in many group art shows, such as “At The Beach" in 2015, Balnarring Gallery, Yulendj Art Exhibition St Catherines and proudly having a one person exhibition with her son Rick Matear at Australian Galleries in 2016
Judy has a strong connection to the natural world and in particular to the beach. Judy's works depict glistening water bathed in sunlight,
dramatic cliff faces and expansive skies. Her works are calm, sensitive and vibrant celebrations of life on the water. |
