ARTIST NOTES: A work utilising both tonal and colour values to portray a captured summer moment, leading the viewer meandering through the dinnertime crowd and further to the moorings on the distant Lake Como. Warm light contrasts with cooler transparent shadows to dance across beautiful old stone buildings, inviting an atmosphere reminiscent of a never forgotten favourite holiday.
